Forty Winks Mile End

We were in the market for a new King bed and randomly went to Forty Winks Mile End Store. The sales person on the day was well informed and not aggressive and we selected our bed which was an ARIA firm .The bed came with a 90 day comfort guarantee which meant if we were not completely happy with our selection ,we could exchange within 90 days for a different comfort selection same brand . The bed was good but we were not convinced we had selected the right comfort level. After nearly 81 days we attended the store to check out a medium comfort level. Again the sales person was very accommodating and understanding. We decided to exchange for a medium comfort mattress which will be replaced no questions asked other than photos of existing mattress to ensure nothing untoward.New mattress being delivered this week.This is the only way to buy a bed to ensure you are completely happy with your selection and I can only commend and recommend Forty Winks Mile End for your next bed purchase.

She took us through the whole shop and explained all the benefits and factors to consider of buying the right mattress. The best customer service you can ask for. Thank you team for the delivery and setup. Our first night on the new mattress was worth forty beautiful dreams.

My partner and I were greeted by the friendly sales person Bec who was very informative, not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. We had a slight delay in the delivery time for our King bed base but we’re offered a replacement base at no extra cost while we waited for ours to be manufactured. Fantastic customer service!

Purchased a super king size Palm Springs" timber bed frame and 2 bed sides "Alexa" which arrived 4 weeks earlier than estimated and look fantastic. The service at the shop was impeccable and everyone was very polite and courteous and committed

Went to 3 bedding stores in Mile End and this was the fastest service. We had an idea of the bed we wanted, as we approached it, we were approached and the staff member was brilliant. We've picked out a super comfy bed at an amazing price.The computer system seems a little complicated though, we had to stand and wait for quite some time, while things were being typed in. If it all works problem free, who cares though right?

Donna and the rest of the staff were fantastic today. Nothing was too much trouble and all options were explored until we got want we wanted. Highly recommend and once again thank you Donna.

Recently purchased a bed and mattress from the team at 40-Winks Mile End. In store staff were extremely helpful with no pressure to purchase or upsell. Delivery staff were very friendly, accommodating and kept out home nice and clean! Will highly recommend for friends and family.
