staff are rude and to customers, assuming people are stealing, and yelling for no particular reason. me and my friend were buying a nail polish and a women came up to us and yelled at us “DONT OPEN THEM”. i have had many issues with the staff being arrogant. rude rude rude

Considering Noo$a is on the small side in the scheme of things this BigW has a reasonable selection. I must say the clothes buyer at BigW does a good job - men and women's. Great quality and value and continual refreshment.

After many moons and countless man hours spent searching every corner of Noosa, I truely believe that this is in-fact the biggest W. Measuring roughly 40% larger than the W in “Bunnings Warehouse” this particular W is truely a sight to behold. Having said that, the guy that runs the self checkout station is a bit of a condescending toss.

Went shopping at Big W for some glasses todayThe shop was huge with so much to choose fromYou could buy womens clothes, mens clothes, girls clothes, boys clothes, bikes, toys, shoes for the whole family, bedding, perfume, makeup, Parma, toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, vacuum cleaners and anything else you might need for you or your family or your houseThey have a huge selection to choose fromI could have shopped in there department store all dayTheir prices are very reasonable and hugely discountedDon’t miss your chance to grab a bargain

every single time without fail whenever i go into the beauty section a shortish lady with brown hair (i don’t know her name but i will get it next time) death stares me and most of the time comes up to me and says in a very disrespectful way and tone that i have to pay for it at the back counter instead of the front counter. i assume this is meant to prevent stealing but i was looking at makeup with my mum and my grandma so i think it is extremely rude to assume that i may be shoplifting.

Direct to Boot service was appalling on16/12/22. Arrived at 12:35 pm with requested text “I’m here” and the bay number. Big W acknowledged our arrival by text reply. Another customer arrived shortly after and after 15 minutes no sign of any Big W employee. Other customer rang and they said would be out shortly. At 1.00 pm a lad arrived with her parcel and I asked about mine. The reply was “I don’t know” so he took my ID and returned to the store. A full 15 minutes later he returned with my goods and was apologetic after I complained about the waiting time. He blamed inexperienced staff not following up on their text to us. Clearly better training is required if Big W care about customer satisfaction.

Very annoyed that I had to listen to speil about upcoming yes/no vote whilst shopping in store, don't you think we are receiving enough of this through all the media outlets. I don't need this whilst I'm shopping.
