Please don’t take your baby here, absolute worst experience for my puppies, she took 5 hours for 2 dogs (one was matted) so I expected it to be longer. My problem is she tore one of their dewclaws and didn’t even tell me about it. I discovered it when my Willow was licking at her paw and I went to check it out and noticed she was bleeding profusely. They were extremely thirsty so clearly no water was given, they have not been the same since they’ve been home, I feel so much guilt for what they had to endure as a result of my decision to take them to this groomer. I asked for teddy bear cuts and it’s certainly not what I got. Choose someone wisely.

Have always been pleased with Scruffys haircut. Looks neat and tidy. Scruffy had a bad experience with a dog groomer many years ago but l felt assured Scruffy would be taken care of and feel at ease. He also has arthritis and Caron has always assured me she would be extra careful. He comes home happy and content. Would recommend this service highly.

We dropped off Benji for a cut after having a long hair growth over this winter period. It was his first ever professional trim and he was super happy when I collected him. I would recommend this dog grooming boutique.

I took my Sheltie in to get a groom and she came back looking like a toddler had taken to her with scissors. It will take MONTHS to get her coat back. When I called to explain how I wasn't pleased, the groomer talked over me, was ridiculously rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. She clearly doesn't know the difference between a Corgi and a Sheltie.I demanded my money back immediately. 0/10 experience.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
