Although I didn't sign up with Element fitness, I do want to acknowledge one of their staff memebers named Joey. Joey was very warm and welcoming who has attended to all of my concerns and queries. You definitely have a valuable asset in your facility.

In the 2 weeks that I've been a member with this gym; I've been smiled at, included, asked how my day was going, encouraged and made to feel completely welcomed by all the staff and the clients that attend this gym. I really enjoy the variety of classes at the convinient times - especially during the day. I enjoy using the sauna too so I can have less Dom's for the days to come after the workout. I can't highly recommend enough and thanks guys for just doing what you do best.

Fantastic Gym , supportive staff n great coaches!I “have been” to gyms before… but actually this is my first!I always believed to be independent in maintaining my fitness goals. I was in a dilemma, as I was contradicting to what I believed..But to be frank, this is one of the best decisions I have made!I continue to be independent and choose what kind of fitness regime I want to follow and am enjoying my fitness journey!The app too is super convenient to plan in advance and work around to make time for oneself!Thank you

A great variety of classes and everything is super tidy and well kept. The staff are super helpful and very approachable. Definitely recommend the 28 day pass to anyone who is considering this gym or looking into starting new classes. All round great experience.

Love this gym. I never thought “I love gym” would be words coming out of my mouth. It’s got everything - amazing instructors who give 110% every class, friendly staff, a extras like competitions and fitness info sessions, Pilates room, great spin room, amazing choice of classes on the timetable. Also has a welcoming, homely vibe … and even a cafe in the shopping centre if you want to treat yourself. I came from Fernwood and there’s no comparison.

I signed up with the 28 day pass to just try out all of the options before committing to a full membership. To say I was impressed would be an understatement, the equipment and classes are excellent quality and well worth it.The personal highlight for me though is the staff, Baxter was the one I originally spoke with and he checked in throughout the 28 days to see how it was going. All the staff there are super nice, including the instructors in the classes, they all make it feel like a very welcoming gym and and friendly and safe environment. I have now signed on to a 12 month membership. 10/10
