If you've never tried yoga before then this is a great place to go. The teacher, Mia, has a warm, gentle welcoming approach. The location is top notch (Trigg Beach) and you can go for a swim or breakfast afterwards if you do a morning class.

Mia is absolutely AMAZING! I had never done yoga before and she has helped me gain the confidence to keep coming back. Perfect combination of stretch, workout and meditation. Awesome yoga teacher and venue.

Highly recommend Mia’s classes - her beach sessions are fabulous and she has such good knowledge when it comes to the body and modifications. Her yin and meditation classes were some of my favourite. I loved how we trialled a different style of meditation every week - couldn’t recommend her enough!

Mia is an experienced yoga teacher who constantly provides alternative poses for students who may have injuries and mobility injuries. She always encourages people not to go beyond their edge. I have been to many yoga teachers and she is one of the best. Yoga is good for your mental health as it centres your mind while building your flexibility and strength. Great location at Trigg Beach Perth.
