900$ dollars to wipe walls down, clean some light fittings and clean the floors etc. WASNT told where my keys were left, had to contact at 9:30pm to find out where my house keys were left. Got there the next day to a BROKEN light fitting and a busted water pipe. The annoying part is i had no communication whatsoever from them about breaking the light fittings or where my keys were left. Very unprofessional and will be avoiding every jims service from here on. Save yourself money and time and go to someone local that cares about their business.Also, I was asked to pay cash instead of card, but if I paid via card it would be an extra 10% GST" which doesn't sound right to me."
