Been getting cabs from this comany since I moved to Geraldton as I have a broken leg, it seemed ok at first but I've been waiting longer and longer for my taxis to show up.And as of now I've been waiting 40 mins in the midday heat for my cab and my leg is killing me and I think it's because I'm only going on a short trip, cheers G.A.T

Taxi service get there business through a booking company and the women who were staffed on Monday the 18th of July from 7:15pm onwards were absolutely terrible. No care for the safety of the community, very argumentative wouldn’t give names so that I could make a formal complaint. We need more caring transport staff. Put on hold for 20 minutes. Was told the taxi was on the way yet called back for an update and no vehicle had been assigned for pick up /:

Our car needed some last minute repairs on our way through town and we needed a lift back to our accomodation. Driver was polite and friendly, vehicle was tidy and arrived within 15 min of our call. Thanks Guys

Forget disability taxi services in Geraldton. Understanding they only have 1 disability taxi to service a population of 20,000 . . . Sent wrong taxi first . . then waited an hour before calling to check on taxi … told will be there soon . . . Another 30 mins with a follow up call and being told it is merely there. After waiting 2 hours ended up cancelling taxi as it didn’t sound like us was getting here anytime soon…

Despicable and disgraceful service. Family member made a booking two weeks ago, confirmed yesterday, and our 88 year old nan was left in her wheelchair waiting. No one ever came to pick her up so mothers day was completely messed around. How disgusting to confirm a booking only to ghost an old lady and leave her waiting in her wheelchair. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

taxi driver mr t (tufar) was very welcoming, lovely, funny, and an amazing driver. definitely recommend and had a great time and made sure my friends and i were safe!
