John was great. Never missed a beat. Anything I asked was never a problem, and I asked plenty. Only a phone call away within minutes, and that was very important to me. His appraisal of my property was spot on, his advice on prepping it was terrific and the final sale went through like clockwork. And when he was busy Josh was always there to take over. I recently had Mark Blake sell my unit at Lindfield. I was under a big emotional strain having to move but Mark was the most enormous help in organising my move and organising the tidying up of the unit and preparing it for sale with cleaning and repainting. I was not able to do all this myself.Mark went above and beyond the normal service from an estate agent.

Personable, professional and patientJosh is easy to deal with, he was always happy to answer any questions I had from organising inspections, dealing with contract adjustments, to navigating around difficulties in transferring large deposits post auction. He is not the aggressive salesman one might expect from a real estate agent and I think this works in his favor. This is a first home purchase for my husband and I, we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience dealing with Josh and his dad John.
