A poor experience that turned out great. Went into have a tip replaced on a gloomis rod. The young bloke had no idea what he was doing and cut the old tip off with a pair of pliers. The graphite split and effectively destroyed the rod. The manager at tackleworld didn't argue about the damage, he just took me over to the rack and let me pick an equivalent rod.
