Dion is friendly and a great communicator. He clearly explains what needs to be done (and why!) and seeks approval before undertaking work on any problems he diagnoses. I think it’s fantastic that he’ll let you know what urgently needs repair, what can wait a while if you wish, and what to keep an eye on in the future. He is efficient, affordable and trustworthy - exactly what you need in a mechanic!

Incredibly hard to deal with, waiting close to a week just for a quote back on a log book service.

I went there and was met by a certainly untrained female receptionist who abruptly suggested I needed a battery! Eventually after my number was taken, they never returned my call! Pathetic service for a Repco recommendation! -1 out of 1000! Since used MURPHEYS MOBILE MECHANICS , problems solved in 2 hours!

My Son has been using this mechanic for 3 and half years for his repairs on his commodore. He has spent nearly $ 10,000 on repairs and modifications. When he recently put his car in he had problems with repairs, so he took it back! He lost a day's pay, had to wait 3 hours after it was booked in at 7am.the car was still was sitting outside and they had not even moved it. The service is shoddy and so are the the repairs, Pull up your socks and make your long term and good paying customers satisfied or you will lose business. Very Discusted Customer.

Was travelling up from Victoria - my car was having issues with starting and with the radiator. Deon squeezed me in the next day and fixed the starting issue and diagnosed the overheating issue which wasn’t urgent. Thanks guys!

I have BMW 5 Series that recently had issues with my Remote Contol keys the vehicle wouldn't open any doors etc the only way to access was to remove the physical key from the remote however this would not unlock any other doors making it extremely unsafe for any passengers, Dions Diagnostic equipment and his vast knowledge of all types of vehicle maintenance Saved me an expensive trip to the Sunshine Coast where the closest BMW Service agent is located, from Yeppoon. His staff member Sam the technician was probably the most qualified and extremely competent mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, from the tine I called to discuss my issue speaking with Jaquie then Abby and of course the proprietor of Dions Mechanical Services my issues were resolved at a very affordable cost and I could not be any happier with the overall results. I would have hesitation in recommending their services to any of my friends and family

Amazing! We had some issues whilst travelling during the school holidays and ended up stuck in Rockhampton. These guys squeezed us in and fixed it all within a day (rear axel), so thankful for the crew. They did an awesome job, great communication and very informative.
