Overall a very dissapointing experience.Was not approached in the car yard when browsing, I had to initiate a conversation, which I believe was with the sales manager Jayson.His demaneour was unfriendly and unprofessional, and after a test drive I decided to wait a few days to choose whether to buy the car or not.He refused to have a discussion on price at the time as he said I wasn't serious enough about buying the car.I ended up traveling to Melbourne to buy the same car for over $10000 less.Major impovements in customer service needed here and I recommend a change in management.Also, vehicles are overpriced when compared to dealers in Melbourne.

We really appreciate the great help, support and guidance received from Jeff and Jodi to buy our first car in Australia. We were in a tough situation of holding only Indian license and not even having any Australian employer payslips, Jodi arranged the finance to buy the car. When we first saw the vehicle we purchased on the lot it ticked all the boxes. Kirsty approached us and asked if she could help. Over the course of the transaction she did just that. Kirsty was professional with a great sense of humour. Kirsty promised to attend to a couple of items before delivery. She took a personal interest in our vehicle and made sure it was perfect when we collected it, even picking up the vehicle was a great experience. We visited Poyser Motor's to look at a Nissan Navara. The salesman was very helpful, friendly and polite. On this occasion we didn't buy a new vehicle, when we are ready, we will visit Poyser Motor's again.
