Highly recommended Fix & Fix (Unley) to all the people who is looking for phone accessory and fixing their phone! The quality of products and service are excellent. The staff are super friendly and not that type of push selling. No matter how many questions I had, the staff always being patient to answer and assist. They are experienced. That is the reason why everytime I change my phone, I will go there for at least once to get all the phone accessories that I needed. Exspecially thank you so much KRIS for your professional service and your happy face is always warming people.

Fixed my phone in 3 minutes !Gracious , generous and expert service !!!

I bought a battery 9 months ago and the battery is flat one hour after fully recharge. I go back to shop a few times but they keep saying the battery is good". I brought a same model phone to them and ask them to swap the battery. I can test whether the phone issue or battery issue. However they still charge me AU$20.00 for testing their battery. The shop lady keeps saying "thank you NOT to come to my shop to buy any item". Bad product and worst service. Never go to this shop to buy any item or get any service."

These guys are very friendly, very helpful and with very reasonable pricing.

Stay clear of this place. I took the phone to change my screen, All seemed in good working condition. After less than an hour I noticed the screen was cracked. When I tried to explain that nothing was done to the phone rather than being charged the unpleasant employees of Fix & Fix made clear that they could not accept responsibility hinting that the screen braked down for reasons not covered by their insurance (she basically believed that the phone fell and therefore cracked). I have never dispute a transaction in my life but I guess that the insurance on the service should cover unlikely event like this. Regardless the merit of the dispute the customer service is appalling and rude in particular for a returning client like me.

Great service for all kinds of mobile phone repairs. Usually same day service. It pays to ring them if you're after a screen replacement - depending on what phone you have they may need to order it in. Highly recommended.
