I ordered take away today which I have done in the past and got the exact same order on numerous occassions but today what a RIP OFF! I have attached a photo of the pathetic amount of feta I got for $3! The box that they cramped the omelette into disintegrated on my way home which is around a 2 minute drive, the bottom gave way. The toast that came with it had no butter, it was like stale bread.I am so disappointed in the breakfast I got this morning, would have had a better brekky from 7/11.

The 63 in ‘cafe 63’ is the amount of minutes you have to wait for service then you have to wait an additional 63 minutes for the food to arrive, the place was half empty and the staff were leaderless and uncoordinated, a fellow disgruntled customer from another table asked for the manager who unbeknownst to him didn’t exist, from the clear view I had of the kitchen the cooks were not motivated and I may have witnessed the slowest egg flip I’ve ever seen. Front of house stuff we’re unapologetic and not interested, one was busy polishing silverware at a speed so slow I thought I had discovered a time slip and had somehow paused the very flow of time. By the time the food arrived in the words of Sméagol “we had forgot the taste of bread... the sound of trees... the softness of the wind. We even forgot our own name.” Average at best.

Service wasn't great, had to flag a member to order, several walked past and ignored us trying to get their attention. We had to flag someone again as we were waiting an excessive amount of time for our order, 4 other tables seated after our group got their meals before us. The food and coffee were great though :)

Cafe 63 Griffin, Absolutely appalling, was seated and then IGNORED for 45 minutes. My partner and I walked out. I sat there with my partner watching everyone get served, and then new people getting served. The servers Avoiding making eye contact with us and just IGNORED us. Disgusting. Will never eat here again.

Nice place eat inside or out friendly atmosphere. All the food good in my opinion, coffee 4.8/5. Can be little busy brekky sat morning obviously people like it here. A1 service and cleanliness definitely going back

Go there at least x2 a week. The service is slow, and sometimes they dont take the orders properly. Or forget part of the order. We order coffee and its not always hot when they bring it out. the food is ok, not fantastic, and sometimes its not hot either. I am a support worker and i go there because the participant chooses to go there.

Warm and comfortable with plenty of room and excellent customer service. Food was great and ordered the mince on toast which was delicious and came out fast. Just missing the name badges which I think is essential. 5-star coffee and drive-through service and meals are always fresh, hot and tasty food

Im of the opinion that the more items you have on the menu, the lesser the quality of the food. Which rang true here - there are easily 100 choices on this menu here. I ordered a simple meal, eggs Benedict with avocado. The muffin was not toasted, the avocado spread was so cold that it chilled the entire meal, the poached egg was nice and the hollandaise was bitter and flavorless. Delivered on a massive plate with no garnish or other sides. Service was ok, about as luke warm as the meal. Way too much to choose from, gimmicky names, sub par taste. Quantity not quality. They do have good parking which was nice, for us to get away from there quickly.

Just dined today for my Mother in-law's birthday. The team of staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Great portions and well priced. Vegetarian menu has lots of options as well.
