Therese is lovely and Jocelyn did my lashes and they look great. The shop is tucked in this beautiful clothes boutique. I felt welcome and booked my next appointment already.

I made an appointment and paid a $20 deposit on the 24th April.I received confirmation of the appointment by SMS at 2:03pm on the 27th April 23.On the 28th April 23, I received a long winded message from Izzy that she now is unable to complete the service, asking me to make another time.I advised I would like a refund.Then I received an sms that she has got someone to complete the service. Then I received a phone call on the day of the service advising they can't make it and can I rebook again?I have asked for a refund.Lets see if they can do that?Extremely unprofessional service. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I got lash extensions done here by Madame Lash herself! I have to say her advice about which eyelashes suited my eyes best was spot on, she knows what shes talking about. Before I found Madame Lash, when I had lash extensions done my eyes would be watering non stop and in a lot of pain, and I would often get 'in trouble' because my eyes were crying and I'd be messing up the glue.Not a single tear or shred of pain occured when I saw Madame Lash, it was completely comfortable, and she was sooooo gentle. No matter the price, if the service is amazing then i will pay it! Thank you!

Since I moved in the mountains I always get my eyelash extension here. Therese is amazing I always want her to do my lashes but today I think Ellie is her name that did my fill and I am very happy. Always love the results. They are really good. I highly recommend!

Therese is absolutely amazing with what she has done with my lashes and brows! I can't recommend Therese from Madame Lash more highly. She is not only extremely talented and professional, she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, and its such a pleasure to spend time being pampered by her. Therese and team are experienced, professional and true lash experts. That's all great - and sort of what you'd expect from a 5 star review, but what makes Madam Lash an institution for lash lovers in the mountains are all the extra touches. The treatment bed is luxurious, the space is welcoming and calm, the treatments always run to time and the results? Well - let me just say that I have renewed my lash addiction after swearing off extensions for the last 3 years. If you haven't been, give them a go - you will love the experience and the results.
