Staff were very welcoming. Listened to why we needed an appointment at short notice. Explained things so my 10 year old understood what was happening throughout the eye test

On the 4th visit & 6 weeks later i finally got a pair of reading glasses that i could read with.They make you pay in full on first visit & then fix THIER mistakes.Cannot recommend specsavers katoomba.

Excellent customer experience at Specsavers in Katoomba. I was greeted when I entered the shop and offered assistance, that was very welcome. After patiently showing me several frames that matched the shape and size I was after, I was given the options of lens types. As I wear glasses all day everyday, I chose lightweight, suitable for all screen types, transition and multifocal. The completed glasses arrived back in the shop sooner than expected. I made an appointment at a time that suited me to get them fitted, that was another great experience. I didn't have to wait and the glasses were fitted and checked by another very pleasant and helpful optical assistant. I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and am very pleased to say they live up to the promise - besides being very comfortable, they do work on every screen, phone, ipad, computer and of course they also work on the written page. Great job, SpecSavers. Thank you.

As soon as I walked into the store Joshua made me feel very comfortable and at ease, he also helped me pick glasses that suit my face , in the past I have not the best experience with getting glasses, but this time way beyond exceptional. Spec savers is very lucky to have Josh. Ken was great too! Will be back

Totally agree with the appreciative reviews that have been written about Katoomba SpecSavers. They reflect my own experience. The staff and optometrist provided patient, thorough and friendly service. I'm currently enjoying my first ever prescription glasses (at age 66). I used to wear magnifiers, so I'm impressed with my new glasses' comfort, sturdiness and sharpness in vision. Great value at $39 a pair.

The customer service at Specsavers Katoomba is outstanding. From the moment you walk through their door, you are personally greeted and supported by friendly, caring and happy staff. My 10 year old daughter took a long time to decide on frames but Telia (our Specsavers customer service representative) was patient throughout and maintained great communication, and a ‘nothing is too hard’ attitude. Highly recommended for great service.
