Century Motor Inn Finley

Ok...I've read the reviews and am happy to say I had a good experience staying there...the servo next door runs the motel but everything was good unlike the reviews I read about this place...clean...peacefull.. quiet..close to finley shopping centre..all new appliances..fridge..microwave..kettle..TV.. the TV wasn't getting reception for some reason. I told them about it but it didn't get fixed in the 2 days we were there..at 100 dollars per nite I'm not complaining but the pool was still unusable..the water was green and mouldy..that was disappointing...but overall it wasn't too bad..I've been at motels which were worse in my travels...

Get what you pay for. Heating wasn't an issue, appeared all rooms had the old hole in the wall air cons and the heat mode worked well. Had to go to ask for milk and we found a band aid on the extra blankets that were in the cupboards. I wouldn't plan on bringing your swimmers specifically for the pool. Customer service was friendly, polite and were happy with helping where needed.

Three beds booked four (if you could call the mattress beds), provided two towels, shampoo and soap only. The carpet was ripped in the middle of the room, the shower curtain had mold stains. Half the lights didn't work. No wifi password in rooms. Only good thing about the place was the air-conditioning, fridge and pillow.

My compliments to the website creator. Paid through wotif in advance. Got to the motel and told it was fully booked unless I cancelled the wotif booking and booked direct. As I was 4 hours from home and the rest of the town was booked I had no choice.Was then told that there is actually no wifi and there is no complimentary breakfast as stated on the website unless I paid more for the room. LOLI will say that the room was clean and tidy if not a little dated. Please just remove the free wifi and free breakfast from the website and there would be far better reviews. And the word restaurant is a bit of a stretchThe website says a stay that you will always remember. Correct.

Clean and spacious room, equipped with good enough toiletries and some snacks! But the floor wasn't cleaned very well, there's too many spikey spike. But overall it was an okay stay. The lady was not friendly or rude, could be better though.

O/night stopover in transit by car Sydney to Murray Bridge SA. Ideal distance travelled leaving a shorter run home next day. Motel was at HAY, not finley.

Good communication and accommodated a late check in.Rooms had everything needed for a travel stop.

I arrived after 22:00, we phoned beforehand and my room was ready for me even though it was so late.

We had a lovely stay here the staff could not have been more helpful the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable we would definitely stay there again. Well done.
