Always have a wonderful experience with the staff here. It is easy to book and accepts walk in. Their staff are very friendly and provides really good massage. They also offer like a loyalty card where you earn stamps whenever you go for a service and it go towards discounts.

No wait time, clean and presentable store.I was comfortable in there furniture as it was well kept.Professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Not to mention a relaxing I almost fell asleep. Will be back!

I went there for 45 min massage guy went out of the room 5 times and say sorry and he attended 4 phone calls in between he even didn’t finish his job rubbish service

Highly recommend this place! This is the second time I've been to this particular store, and I'm never disappointed. The masseuse went above and beyond. Continually asking if I was happy, and giving me the best massage of my life. I will definitely be returning here.

Jeff fixed my shoulder in 2 visits. After various treatments elsewhere I decided to try this place, was lucky enough to get Jeff! I now have full movement in my shoulder after 2 90 minute sessions. I’m still in disbelief it’s fixed. Highly recommend Jeff

Great place and great staff...had a really sore back...the massage therapy got rid of it very nicely.

I attended the Epping body balance today and was waiting 15 minutes. When I arrived, they said a 10 minute wait but was still waiting after 15 minutes and they said it was another 10 minute. Wait She offered me service at their other shop at the other side of the shopping centre saying they were available now. It was a five minute walk to the other end of the shopping centre near the reject shop. When I arrived, she was flustered, and they were busy. The lady told me it was a 20 minute wait. I gave up and return to the first shop, expressed my disappointment and said I would never return. I am a regular customer and have found late leave. The service has been very poor. Two men have walked in after me, wanting an hour. We’re offered service straight away, perhaps because I only want to 30 minutes, they were looking for the bigger profit rather than customer loyalty and providing a service, regardless what the client asked for. Will never go back.
