Worst experience ever !!!!I was promised a new kitchen end of April (ordered in early Feb), we are now end of July and I have nothing. I paid around $10 000 in progress payments, there has been no response to my emails, I made around 30 phone calls, every time there is some excuse, !!!while I am cooking on my BBQ!!!. There are no words to describe how unprofessional this company is, communication is shocking (basically once they have your money, you do not hear from them). At one point I called them in tears, begging for my kitchen that I have paid for...still nothing!!!. It is very possible this company is going out of business, so I would be very careful to give then any money (they ask for progress payments) as you may not see your money again. Ombudsman is now the only option. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Unfortunately not a proper kitchen display centre, and only a few handles, doors to see. Located within the Good Guys.

Design appt OK. Just be aware you pay a 30% for the kitchen & 10% deposit for the trades. Sounds OK, however when the kitchen is being installed you then have to pay the trades direct kinsman only want the money for the kitchen cupboards etc. I think that kinsman should be the payer to the trades as they are under contract to them not you.Recommendation: stipulate your only getting a quote and don't be pressured into paying anything if your not completely satisfied. They don't supply you with a break down of cost at the design stage in your house so be prepared to guess what the quote covers. I took a picture of the total costings but not the actual work they perform.Get a second qoute
