The Live Agency

I worked for the live agency, doing a sampling campaign. I really cannot recommend this, you have to carry heavy and big equipment around to every shift location (which was over 1.5 hours away from me, by public transport). A lot of times the product we were supposed to sample was not in stock, stores weren't even informed about us doing the campaign. We were instructed to contact the responsible Live Agency person in this case to confirm that we can't do the session. No response for hours, even with urgent and important questions no one would respond. Ended up having to sit around and waste my time. They also make you fill out lots of different forms, before during and after your shift, so lots of paperwork. For your report you have to upload a photo of a customer eating their sample. Nobody wants to be in a picture like that and it's just dumb/unnecessary to require that.

I've worked for the Live Agency, and from an employee side, the way they treat their employees is bad. A lot of information about the shifts kept on changing. At first, I've been told that I only need to work as a brand ambassador and simply give out stuff, but then I found out I was asked to push a heavy bag of items, when I mentioned I had injuries in the past and may struggle to do this sort of work. This week, I was supposed to work, but I was dropped from the shift with zero notice. Not sure what you look for for your brand, but if you want to work with a company that respects their employees, the Live Agency would not be your choice.
