I took my phone to the repair pad as it wasn’t charging properly, Ben gave the charging port a thorough clean under his microscope, he warned me one of the contacts was damaged and may affect its charging capabilities, and suggested taking it away and seeing how it goes. Unfortunately it wasn’t charging effectively so I returned it back to Ben and he installed a new charging port, he then deducted the initial cleaning charge off the total of the new charging port. This is the second time I’ve used the repair pad and both times Ben have provided an excellent service, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Repaired my iPhone X that had no touch due to a common motherboard fault. Ben fixed it on the same day when others said they would need to outsource the job to someone else with a week turnaround time! Highly recommended, very friendly and great pricing!

Fell over and smashed my screen. Where it gets those 10k coloured lines that slowly spread across so you can’t see anything. Cried. Saw the reviews on here so walked into the store as I live next door. Fixed within 30 mins and the guy even had it on charge for me waiting, and all cleaned, looks new. Can’t comment on the price as I don’t know what’s expensive or not but knowing what Apple would have charged and taken 3 days to do I would highly recommend

Got my Samsung Galaxy S9 battery replaced.The Repair Pad ordered in an OEM battery.Ben was fantastic, was happy to get it done late on a Friday afternoon. Had it done while I waited.Highly reccomend Ben as an experienced technician who is highly skilled.
