Go here everyday for a coffees, either on way to work or when I am working from home. Fabulous service and great coffee. Staff are always cheerful, friendly and efficient.I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald's.Thank you to all staff at Mundaring McDonald's.

I have tried numerous times now to get coffee through the drive through on way to or from work and every time the wait is just ridiculous. Yesterday was the worst ever. Drove off as I had a school pick up to get to and said I will be back to pick up coffees. Returned no more than 10 mins later and asked the manager on duty for my coffees. I saw her pick them up and was happy thinking they were coming to me only to find she had disposed of them so waited for new coffees another 10 mins. Tried to get her attention via the 2 young staff in front of me messing around, she finally came, asked for a refund as I now had 2 kids in the car and need to go. She said she's making them now, which the barista wasn't and walked away. Management please, take a look at the training/staff levels and make this McDonalds a genuine fast food outlet not the slow and frustrating experience it currently is. I will not be going again. 1 star given as I can't post this until I give it a star rating.

I grab dinner here once a month on the way up the hills. I'll try to use the self serve whenever they are working as the staff are more interested in themselves than customers. Store is never clean. Food is typical of any other Maccas though.

Food was nice hot and fresh, bit too much lettuce had to take some out so could get mouth around it, but nice hot chips and very busy Saturday morning no complaints here

Had lunch today with my young son for his 10th birthday...he had a happy meal and I had a burger...Yup and this is why I do not like Maccas....very poor excuse for a burger...took it back for a refund.Even my son said no more maccas for him again....just take 1 - 2 bad experiences on a young kid and you lose a customer for life.

Very fast service, food was good and the store was clean and tidy. (although I didn't get a bag to hold my items in)Thank you for the wonderful service, McDonalds!

The only reason we visited was for the kids to have a play in the playground area. The Ares was closed and the restaurant full of kids frustrated they had nowhere to play. Food also took a long time to come.

Was really happy to hear they were coming to Mundaring finally! But has only proven disappointing. Burgers constantly made wrong (missing a whole pattie), missing items like fries extra cheeseburgers etc.I will say for the first time I had enough and called, the manager so actually super empathetic and understanding. They offered what compensation they could.But to the real people in charge:You have installed digital ordering, inside your restaurants and now online. With this you have reduced you outgoings in labour by reducing the amount of staff you need.WRONG DIRECTION!!!!Maybe you should install a QC who literally stand there and inspect each meal to confirm they're correct before the customer receives them. Imagine if no more meals/orders went out wrong?Imagine every customer being happy with their product?You really don't want to be the next Telstra......I was going to give 1 star but the way the manager handled the situation was very impressive. Thank her for the extra 2 stars...**EDIT***Since this post. I was advised I would receive a meal voucher as compensation I am yet to receive anything (its been a month).

Only been there twice in the last 6 months because of service. Won’t go back again. Got a coffee this morning with my meal and it didn’t taste like coffee. Something real wrong with it. Ended up tipping it out.

The worst Angus I have ever tried. Flooded with BBQ source, completely lost its taste. Meat was very dry almost not eatable. Chips were cold. Two stars for coffee which was good.
