Very difficult to get hold of.Called many times and emailed several times too. Got one reply email, but nothing since, even after a follow up. None of the calls have ever been answered, despite having a receptionist.Need to complete a driver's medical, been trying for 2 weeks just to book an appointment.Ridiculous.Been to much busier clinics with multiple doctors and always got through first time on the phone.

Extremely happy with Jane. She explained everything so well, helped me to understand the way my brain works and why it does what it does. I really appreciate this as I want to know why, understand how and not just treat with medication alone. She was very professional and took me seriously. I don't usually leave reviews but made the extra effort to do so for Jane as I am so happy with the service she provided.

Dr Jane & I often have contrasting perspectives, and can confuse each other a little by the intentions I have or she in my interests, but it's absolutely clear that Dr Jane (a good listener) is far more concerned with my health and wellbeing than my expectations of what I should get from different medications.She asserts her knowledge and care without much heed to what makes me *feel better* or *like her* - and to a good end. Life is better, we found the right stuff.Bloody hard to get in touch with, but get over It and get you a Dr Jane.

Dr Jane Fitch is wonderfully helpful in my own experience, i look forward to seeing her and have much optimism when walking out. Which is a huge improvement for someone that has had such a strong anxiety for trusting health professionals, an aversion I didn't know if I'd ever overcome. Thanks Jane, it means a lot.Also i like having extra quiet time to collect my thoughts in the waiting room, handy to be prepared with questions and reflections written down.
