On arrival received a warm welcome, easy booking in process. Room comfortable and kitchen well sized with equipment to prepare own meals. Purchase food before arrival, as no local shops in area.

If you are looking for a five star hotel, with lavender shampoo and great minibar, this place is for sure not for you.If you are looking for a cozy, reasonable price accommodation and intend to spend more time outdoor instead of being indoor, you should definitely consider this place.The lady at the reception was so friendly on the phone and in person. She prepared everything and I didn't have to go to front desk to get the key as the door was unlocked.The bed was comfy, the furniture was fine and suit my purpose. You get to park your car in front of your room.There's a food cart park at the corner of the motel. If you don't want to go to far, perhaps, it's a good option to have a bite.All in all, adjust your expectations if you consider this place. It's worth the money you spend.

Recently spent 3 nights at Emu Point Motel. I was very happy with the motel. They communicated well and were easy to deal with. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the towels smelled so nice! We were very unprepared going to Albany (as I went there for work) so the touristic information in the room were very helpful. The motel is only a 5-10min drive from the main centre of Albany so it's central but definitely private also.

Awesome place for short stay. Room was clean and set out well. We had a family room with a queen and two single beds. The unit had a small kitchenette with a good size fridge, microwave, kettle, hot plate, tea and coffee facilities and well stocked kitchen utensils - plates, cups, knives and forks. We even had milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets and complimentary biscuits on arrival. Bathroom was very clean and towels were soft and fluffy. Soap, small shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap was provided. There are chairs and a table outside the front of each unit to have an evening drink or early morning cup of coffee overlooking the gardens, which were very pretty. Couldn't fault the location - within walking distance to Middleton Beach - absolutely stunning spot.

A motel that takes pride in their accommodation and surrounds.Very comfortable and quiet with lovely gardens.. Very clean.Provisions in the room have been really thought about right down to place mats and napkins on the dining table, plenty of power sockets in the room in various places, plenty of clothes storage and hanging space, a mini oven and hotplate, a microwave and a decent sized fridge and freezer. Comfortably furnished too.Thank you to Max, Viv and the team for this beautiful place.
