I just threw 50 dollars out the window on dud google play cards because the girl who sold them to me didn't ACTIVATE THEM! AND, there's nothing I can do about it, because I'm about to go home. Interstate. On a plane. Thanks.

Been sitting in this stupid car wash for 30 minutes now and only two freaking cars have moved. So we are looking at at LEAST another 40 minutes. There are cars backed up behind us so there is no escape. At NO POINT did the cashier warn us that the time would be so long. Absolutely ridiculous. Slowest car wash in the world. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Friendly and efficient service.

Terrible customer service! The cashiers look at you without even talking. I enquired about the car wash deals, and he threw the sign in front of me to read the deals!Dealing with machines and AI sometimes is more pleasant than interacting with some people!

Ordered a simple coffee here this morning but oh was that a bit of a hassle for “RACHEL” who had to stand there and roll her eyes and say “fucking hell”If you can’t make a coffee without it being to much trouble, time for a career change0/10 thanks to RACHEL

Never have dunny paper in stock and don't even think about getting hot food not even a pie after lunch especially at night time they never have any late night hot munchies so if u want a pie or need the basics like toilet paper keep driving down to 711 next to the Hamilton hotel.

Had a flat battery round the corner and Glenda went above and beyond regular customer service by helping out with a power bank to get my car started. Everyone was helpful and prices in store are as expected for convenience. Fuel pricing is high but that is no reflection on the staff that have to perform and remain super friendly under busy conditions.

Just spoke to a lovely young fella called Aaron, who sorted out an issue with some Google Play Cards I purchased, which weren't activated by the clerk. He sorted it. Thanks Aaron. Ask Jeff for a payrise!

Just went in to use the ATM which was broken and the staff didn’t just ignore the problem, they were rude and accusatory when we tried to (as a courtesy because I know it isn’t the store’s ATM) let them know about it. So if you tried to use that ATM and your account is debited and you get no cash, blame the staff for ignoring the problem and treating their customers like dirt. If you hate people like the staff that work here clearly do, you really shouldn’t be in customer service.
