Waited nearly 4 weeks for my item to be dry cleaned and returned. Dry cleaning was outsourced in this case, however I expected better communication and customer service from the shopfront. Staff were vague, rude and unhelpful. Appreciate problems can occur but I was met with hostility as soon as I requested more information. At no point was offered compensation and was still charged the full fee when my item finally arrived.

Great location and the most helpful staff you could wish for. Trusted them with repairing a $3000 leather jacket and it came back perfect.

Very unprofessional dry cleaning service. It took 9 days for a dress to be dry cleaned. The whereabouts of the item was unclear and communication was very poor during this time.

The machines always eat your coins and there's no way to get them back. Has happened everytime I've been here recently. Be prepared to take extra money or buy a second hand machine if you're gonna be on the area for a while.
