Our hot water cylinder died and thanks to the plumbing doctor he came out to our property and installed a new one asap. Thanks again Simon. Highly recommending for all your plumbing needs.

Simon asked for 2 thirds of the total cost up front (almost $3000), weeks before the date he said he'd be available to do our job. The deposit was supposedly for materials" but several weeks after the job was initially supposed to have been completed

No answer or a courtesy text message whatsoever:( tried calling 4 times during 3 different times on weekdays but no luck.

Simon is an amazing plumbing professional. He took great care when working in our home and his work was of the highest quality. He is friendly, approachable, and hardworking, and explains his work clearly. Simon's rates were extremely reasonable and I would encourage others to support this independent local business.

I have used Simon's services multiple times with blocked sewerage and now replacing a blown water heater, each time Simon has provided fast, reliable, honest and well priced service, could not recommend The Plumbing Doc enough!

Simon quoted me $6800 for a plumbing job. He asked for payment upfront. I paid him and he never turned up. Eventually my builder and electrician gave up waiting every week every other day. Im having to do the plumbing myself because I cannot afford another plumber! I have had to resort to the courts in order to retrieve our money but still waiting.

We rang THE DOC and left a message, he rang us back and said he could be here in 15 minutes. He was on time, polite, and friendly. He was very efficient, and tidy, and replaced the workings of both taps so we wouldn't have to replace the other one next week.We did call a large plumbing company but they said it would be two before they could come.I highly recommend The Plumbing Doctor.

I called Simon to fix a small leak that had turned into a very large one! He couldn't come that night but told me exactly what to do to prevent it getting any worse and said he would call me in the morning. He called me first thing and said he was on the way over to fix it. I showed him the problem and he immediately diagnosed that to be a symptom and not the issue and then using his experience located the problem 20 metres from where water was leaking out, I would never have found this!! Simon spent 4-5 hours cutting up concrete and digging to get to the leaking pipe and then promptly fixed it.I can't recommend Simon highly enough and the price he charged was VERY reasonable, I was expecting to pay considerably more for the time spent and equipment used.When you need a specialist call the Doctor, the Plumbing Doc. I wouldn't use anyone else.
