Fine Smiles Dental

Dr Eugene Lim at Fine Smiles was our dentist for many years and provided excellent care and advice during that time. I am happy to recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist in the Footscray area.

I came here for a second opinion as I was experiencing jaw pain after finishing Invisalign and switching to a retainer. I was having trouble eating and sleeping and was extremely stressed. I had been seeing a different dentistry clinic previously who didn't believe my retainer was the issue. Dr. Loi took the time to patiently listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and adjust my retainer for me which has thankfully resolved my issue. Life is back to normal again and I'm so relieved. An added bonus is that the receptionists here are superstars too! I'll be coming here for all my dental needs in the future.

Although the clinic’s facilities & condition are decent; the dentist showed no interest in caring for the patient — I had my mouth forced open with a very painful device that my lips bled & my jaw hurt for another week or so; I wasn’t even given a choice or chance to take breaks.In addition, the dentist was late with the appointment they gave me (though i came on-time). Such terrible experience!

Had an impacted wisdom tooth and was in severe pain at around 5 40pm on a Friday afternoon - my partner called Fine Smiles Dental and they were able to fit me in straight away even though they were closing at 6pm. The receptionist was very kind and caring and the dentist was gentle and transparent - had the tooth pulled out in about 10-15 minutes and it was a completely pain free experience. Came out absolutely stoked because I was immediately out of pain - would highly recommend!

First time going to the dentist in years and I had alot of nerves — the receptionists, nurse and dentist were all amazing. A very friendly and reassuring team all round.

I had an excellent dental experience at Fine Smiles Dental. I had 2 fillings that needed to be done and compared to previous fillings with other dentists, this procedure was extremely smooth and painless. Dr Lincoln Loi did a great job ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole process, and completed the procedure competently and efficiently. I will definitely be returning for any future dental work required.

Before visiting Fine Smiles Dental I must admit I was nervous as my previous experiences with the other dentists have not been great. But upon visiting I was greeted with very friendly reception staff. I had Dr. Kevin who very good as he explained and talk me through what he was doing and made me feel at ease. I’d definitely go back!
