really unhappy with the service that i received over the phone. this is ridiculous. spoke to Josie over the phone and i asked regarding stock inquiry and she put me on hold right away, which i was happy to wait! then i’m waiting 12 minutes whilst she served multiple customers (which is totally okay) but then for her to hang up on me. calling back i was then told i had hung up. unexceptable and not helpful team at all! very dissatisfied with this experience. will not be calling nor shopping in THE WITCHERY DAVID JONES department again.

I am a devoted Witchery fan. They make beautiful, stylish, modern, smart casual clothing, shoes and accessories for most sizes and all occasions. I have purchased many items from Witchery over the years. Each season their ranges are lovely and I find that Witchery clothing lasts, it launders well. The Miranda Fair store is well set out and the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

love going into witchery, the clothes are so pretty, great quality stuff, in love with their accessories also.wanted to purchase a leather jacket that was just beautiful but couldn't afford it :(
