Rude lady on the aisle ! Name Sweta I think. I’m Looking for newborn product tried to ask for help but seems like she’s too busy putting up tickets instead helping customer . Check your website before coming to the store to make sure it’s available and she’s said you guys don’t have . She didn’t even check your system if you guys have stock or not.Not happy even your cashier lady .No proper customer service skills. No greetings great!!Living in the area but definitely not recommending this store. Go elsewhere .

There were a couple of wonderful pharmacists here, but they are never in any more when I visit. Shame about the racist retail staff (to be fair they're all 16 year olds or middle aged Indian women), the dead-eyed management, and the unhelpful pharmacy interns cosplaying in the dispensary. If you want someone to treat you like a criminal for trying to access the life-saving medication that your doctor prescribed for you, while making the process as painful and difficult as possible, I highly recommend this location.

Worst Chemist Warehouse in Sydney. The experience is bad.The staff are rude and unprofessional. The lady I believe her name is Rachel were very impolite. I try to ask a simply question and she tried to teach me a lesson.

They are pathetic, yesterday evening I went to buy some perfumes. The Asian lady in that section was very rude and racist. I bought K from D&G and she didn’t handed me over the bottle and said she will get it yo the counter. To my surprise I also bought another perfume “ moonlight” and she even say anything for that. It was so offensive for me that she thinks either I will runaway or break D&G but not moonlight. And she didn’t even get that to counter and me wait for another 5 mins there.

It took around half an hour to take my medicine. Which was just one tablet. Stuff were so road. When the went to the counter they charged me for previous medication that I took a week ago. However I showed them my transaction which was $90.00 cause I bought more stuff as well , the pharmacist said maybe it is our issue but if you need you new medicine you have to pay.So they double charged me for something that I’ve already paid.

Very rude stuff, this afternoon I were trying to find one staff member to help me find face cream that I couldn’t find and then the unpleasant Indian lady rejected to help me, and I believe her name begins with K and she isn't very tall. She requested me to go find someone else while she stood there doing nothing but staring at the perfume. I asked her several times, and she began to roll her eyes and said she was too busy. NEVER CONE AGAIN!

No one answer the phone at Olympic Park location. Management should take an action. I have tried to call them 20 times in 1 hour yet no answer. Definitely the staff are ignoring the rings. Take action please

Shocking pharmacy to deal with, rude staff sulking in the isles. Pharmacists (in my experience) never answer the phone when you call to check if a prescription is in stock.

I arrived at around 19.35, it’s still 25 minutes to close, but the staff told me that he cannot take my prescription cause there are too many people waiting. What you should do is to improve your work efficiency, not refuse your customer.

I just shopped in Chemist warehouse at Olympic park.Although some staff were very helpful but I was not impressed with 2 people at the check out counter.Not only they are having a conversation in Chinese loud while one was serving me, The person who served me appears to be angry and made me feel very uncomfortable. I find their behaviour is inappropriate and was offended by their attitude. I normally enjoy shop in Chemist warehouse shops but never coming back to this one. I am not expecting a special service but saying simple “thank you” instead being angry and unfriendly attitude at the counter makes big difference in shopping experience.
