National Pharmacies Cumberland Park

The staff at this pharmacy are empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. I especially highlight Tracey for her excellent service.

I have been to the Cumberland Park store 3 times and on each occasion the shop assistants just wonder around with their noses in the air and offer no service at all. I had to call one of these assistants over to me and I got the impression that it was just too hard to provide any service and she would rather be looking at what lipsticks were available. These young ladies need to realise it is their job to provide help to customers rather than prancing around the shop trying to look pretty and busy. Never again will I put myself through this experience again. I will shop elsewhere and the lame offer to get in contact with the store is a waste of my time. You have had your chance - train your staff in the roles they should be providing to customers. Remind them who is actually providing their wages

My husband and I have used this pharmacy for many years. Always excellent service and very good specials.

I have been to this particular National Pharmacy half a dozen times now. Each time we have had very poor customer service. Yesterday when we went the lady behind the counter didn’t speak a word to us when buying something. We are members and will choose to go to Mitcham in the future instead.

Was refused service because I wasn't wearing a mask due to health reasons - shame on you !!!!

Tried to Book at Cumberland Park via the Web Site for a Covid vaccination, the site said no booking options available phone the pharmacy. The recording on the phone said to go to the Web site I had just come from, grrr. Via a work around I got to speak to the Pharmacy and was told they were too busy to take bookings, lots of children were after vaccinations and they could not get supplies. Pointed out the challenge of the Web Site advice to phone the pharmacy and the recording advising go back to the Web Site" Told the Pharmacy can't fix that issue Head Office need to

I had a number of interactions with Judy in the Optical area and she was excellent - I was asking her to try and fix their loss of personal (paid for data) transferred from their Northpark site - this wasn’t Judys error. It was a real pain for her, she didn’t try to fob me off with insulting excuses and ultimately she couldn’t fix things. I really appreciated her personal efforts in absolutely trying to recover the situation for me.

I went to the pharmacy at Cumberland Park to find out about a Webster pack and how much it would cost.I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and I never had such appalling service!The lady on the counter wouldn't tell me how much it would cost and that I would have to get a letter from my doctor.I was also told they weren't able to do it straight away and that they were really busy when they weren't that busy.I am taking my service elsewhere from now on.
