Our property manager, Katie Hicks, was fantastic right from the beginning of our tenancy. She was easy to communicate with and helped us solve any issues quickly and efficiently. Katie was understanding and easy to get along with, as well as professional, which is a combination we haven’t necessarily had in previous tenancies - so this is something that we will miss very much and has made this tenancy stand out above others!

Ashleigh has managed our rental property for over two years- she is the absolute best property manager we have ever had. I can 10000% recommend her to anyone - she is so kind, always diligent with any requests for maintenance and a pleasure to work with!

If you're looking for a professional real estate agency with strong communication and ethics, then Harcourts Packham is NOT the agency for you.While renting a property that was sold during our tenancy, we experienced multiple instances of deception, harassment and unprofessional behaviour from their sales agent, 'property manager' and General Manager.Our concerns were ignored or dismissed as 'clumsy communication'. We were repeatedly lied to about details including the cooling off date, and the sales agent failed to declare a potential conflict of interest (the landlord was his son in law). We were told to 'think of the landlord and his family' in an attempt to have us vacate, effectively making us homeless.Harcourts Packham took over a week to advise the buyers that the condition of vacancy premise would not be met and the buyers were denied any contact with us.Harcourts Packham lost the property management of our house as a direct result of the unprofessional way the sale was handled. They knew this for over a week, yet still scheduled a routine inspection for the property they did not manage. We were advised of the change of management via email, 15 mins after the inspection time.All our concerns were communicated to the General Manager, with the Managing Director BCC'd in. We were never contacted by the Managing Director James Packham. The General Manager provided no satisfactory response to our concerns, and told us they consider this matter resolved.So whether you are looking to rent, buy or sell, I recommend finding a better agency. Unless you're related to a staff member of course.

Katie Hicks at Harcourts was the real estate agent while I was renting a property for almost 3 years. We were tenants in a house that Katie was the Property Manager for. Katie and the team were excellent to deal with, no request was too hard and they always had really good communication with us which is what you want as a tenant. Everything they did was always fair and reasonable, highly recommend renting through them or I am sure - they would be excellent to intrust your house with!
