Pretty interesting place this one, decided to take the wife on terrific lady day pedicure was the one thing we could do together. 45mins to get started.... Foot soaking in ever increasing cold water, spa jet broke while I was waiting and now the wife's terrific lady day is 1hr behind. If you have all day to wait then you have nothing to worry about however if you are looking for a quick foot service then this place is worth a miss.

The service I received was actually very good. They were kind to me and not like the reviews I have just read. The only reason they have lost ratings is because my acrylic nails I chose a dark colour and when I got outside into the light I could see through the colour on my tips. Other than this they did a good job but I had to get my nails redone a week later.

I got a pedicure today from a really lovely lady. She complemented my colour choice saying it reminded her of hello kitty. The service was wonderful and overall had an amazing experience. Thank you!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Went with my daughter and granddaughter to which they ignored my little granddaughter who only wanted one coat of nail polish and never got it. We waited for over 40 minutes in a chair whilst they served others who came after us! Never again will I be returning! Not kid friendly and does not stick to their word! Absolutely atrocious

The staffs there r so nice and helpful. My nails were so thin and weak from other places but they took such a good care of it when removing my gel. Other places i would ask them to careful but they wouldn’t listen and just do whatever making it more thinner. However this places was different from the other places.Also it is such a friendly environment and it is so cute to see all the staffs so happy and cheerful whilst working. I would really recommend this place

Absolutely disgusting did not listen completely the wrong design and when shown what I wanted went with something completely different to pic said I was particularl from start an even changed people full well known in that meaning people are not getting full service anyways so be mind full and a absolutely joke for pricing

Clean place, look up market. Good range of polish colours, lots of massage chairs. Unfortunately the colours came off after roughly half hour. Staff seemed nice.

DO NOT USE Fashion Nails at North Lakes. If I could give a Zero rating I would. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever had. I had a gel manicure done last night at 5.30pm and when I woke up this morning one of the nails had started peeling off. 8 out of 10 gels have peeled off today. When I asked for a refund they refused and put the phone down on me.
