I rang a few companies, but settled on Supagas as their prices beat the others significantly. Karen is a lovely lady and arranged for a cylinder to be delivered outside my suburbs delivery days. If you are looking for a gas company with competitive rates, look no further than Supagas.

Great customer service! After moving to a new house for rent, we chose Supagas for their very competitive price. Scott has been very helpful on emails and phone calls. Theie delivery person was also very kind. Very positive experience so far. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 gas bottles that I wanted to check up on when they were going to be delivered, and when I called the shop we got a man named Scott, and he was so so so so rude, he answered the phone will just an arrogant hello, I had to check I had called supa gas, I pulled him up and said I'm not being rude to you but you are being awfully rude to me and he just said yeah whatever. Never had any problem befor, but Am thinking about seriously changing gas companies.

Told gas would be delivered Wednesday after lunch, called every day since. Told thusday still coming at 4pm, rang Friday and told truck broke down definitely coming today. 6:30pm on a Friday night, no gas since Sunday and I guess now waiting till Monday. Terrible service

Supagas in Townsville is easy to deal with, Excellent customer service and on time delivery. Never had any problems dealing with this company. Took me only 5 minutes to place my order over the phone and submit compliance certificate by email, we had gas delivered within in no time on next delivery. Happy with the price and service.

The service Karen delivered via the phone yesterday was exceptional. My partner and I just moved into a new house together and were relived when we called up and spoke to Karen, she didn't just have outstanding customer service skills, but our account was set up in no time at all. Placed an online order last Sunday for Monday delivery gas was not delivered called Townsville branch and spoke with Scott the BDM asking why delivery wasn't done, he didn't know and told him that Wednesday would be fine for delivery he said that he would put it in and guess what delivery not done. Called office again and spoke to Jenny who was lovely but couldn't tell me why my order wasn't put in for delivery and why Scott didn't enter order. So now I have to wait until next Monday for My delivery. Pick up your game Supagas or you will lose customers.

Spoke to Scott on the phone this morning who went over and beyond to ensure myself and my son wouldn't go without hot water and cooking gas over the weekend. Can't thank him enough for his prompt response, and going out of his way despite being flat out to fit me in today. What an absolute legend!

I dropped an email in to Karen @ Supergas on Saturday evening for a new connection on their new customer deal - Its like half price! Anyhow, first thing Monday morning I received a call from Karen and within just a couple of minutes, my new account was set-up and my bottles are arriving tomorrow - LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER! Amazing service!Thanks Supagas!
