Terrible customer service only one person on register line 10 deep, 2 staff on the floor chit chatting when I asked will someone else jump on register I got attitude & eye rolling. Then when I got served they failed to tell me their receipt machine is not working I need a receipt it took the staff member 30min to go out the back to get a receipt from the back end. I asked for the managers name gave it to me but was rude about it . This young generation wonder why there is no work would rather shop online than deal with kids who don’t care. Credit to the young man who continued serving & doing the best he could on his own.

The Broadmeadows Reject Shop has a lot more variety of products and more isles since they sell more different items that other Reject Shops may not have. House stuff for example. Other than that, great service at the front and the place is clean and tidy despite not looking like it is.

OK I'm going to be Very Upfront...There was a Wonderful Young Man (who was only in Training on his Second day) & I found his demeanor & professionalism Exemplary.However the Persons who were meant to be overseeing his Training were totally UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL & DEGRADING as his MENTORS....Hope this Young Man goes on to SOON be there BOSS .... as they were UNWORTHY of even being employed...
