Fair Dinkum Dogs

I ordered my coat as soon as I saw the one my mum got their whippet. They are beautifully made, stylish, warm and cosy. My dog absolutely loves it and I’ve already told a fellow dog walker where I got it after she admired my boy in it. I was also super impressed by how fast the postage was.

They were correct... It is a Fair Dinkum Coat!!!I cannot speak highly enough of this product. An outstanding quality dog coat which can withstand cold and wet Victorian conditions. Following the sizing guidelines I have a perfect fitting and smart looking coat. I also love the optional extras. I added the reflective strips and dual pockets to the sherpa lined coat. Now, not only does my black girl stay warm and dry, she stands out in the dark and looks magnificent whilst carrying spare dog poo bags and keys. I have used this coat as a dog bed when visiting cafes and friends. I lay the coat sherpa side up and she has somewhere warm to rest. If you're hesitating on this purchase, don't. You will not regret it.

The Coat and Best Mate Mat are obviously well made with great attention to detail from high quality materials and I can tell that they will stand the test of time and use. The Beef Liver treats are great to snap up as training treats or leave whole as a bigger reward, and I love that they’re made naturally without an ingredient list full of chemicals and numbers. My whippet koda absolutely loves his jacket! He was a bit unsure of the Velcro but we’ve crossed that hurdle. And now he is loving being warm in his first cold winter!!

Excellent Custom Oilskin Winter Coat: We've tried unsuccessfully to find a suitable off-the-peg rain-proof coat for our whippet-like Aussie Kelpie - and nothing worked. I came across Fair Dinkum Dogs on a Google search and they seemed to be the team to sort our Best Mate - she's a wimp when it comes to getting wet!We measured her numerous times, took a photo of her sideways-on & hubby included the measurements on the photo to avoid ambiguity and trusted FDD to work their magic! We were so thrilled with the result - it fits her perfectly, resplendent with luminous stripes, red tartan lining and horizontal aperture for easy access to her harness and she can run about and go potty with ease and looks quite the regal lady!I can honestly say this is one of the best things I've ever bought - it's lovely & light too, the poppers across the front are very robust and the Velcro fastenings are secure and comfy. Processing was speedy - the post took longer to Tassie than Fair Dinkum Dogs took to make & create! I'd like one for myself! Seriously, this is stylish kit!The only suggestions I'd make would be for an internal loop to hang the coat up to store, and the option of adding a monogram or initial in luminous thread for the opposite corner of the coat just to look super-dapper. This coat has certainly exceeded my expectations. Great quality and fits very well. My whippet actually stayed out in the light rain today today in his coat, instead of the usual stopping with a get me home now" look and a refusal to go any further. It has been great over the past week keeping him warm in the winter weather and I would highly recommend."
