Four Seasons Garden Centre - Brookvale

Friendly staff and plenty of beautiful plans, pots, and garden needs.

Good selection of plants and pots. The indoor plants are reasonably priced-- but do not expect a large range as this is a small nursery. Some of the plants looked slightly scraggly, but otherwise this is a decent garden centre.

Ordered one ton of premium firewood from Four Seasons - double split iron bark and mixed hardwood. After phoning and being promised an advance call prior to delivery, the wood arrived unannounced. The load was as though it had been taken from the bottom of a river bank - full of mud and soaking wet. The pieces that arrived were of completely uneven shapes - some of the largest pieces I’ve ever seen that need to be split by axe. Many of the pieces are fence posts or termite eaten. We paid for scrap pieces that are unstackable and nearly unburnable. Worst of all, the wood has massive humidity content. Hasn’t rained in a week, you split the wood and it’s still wet. When burned, it smokes more than any other lot I’ve ordered. I phoned to complain and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. No one ever returned my call. Take your money elsewhere. This wasn’t worth the premium price paid.

Firstly, I love them because dogs on a leash are allowed. Very friendly and helpful staff. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. Tons of other stuff to browse if you have time to spare. I can reccomend them.

Never thought to review a garden centre before, but just had to write one for this little gem. Located near Warringah Mall, Balcony in Bloom is a lovely place to buy all your plants and fertilisers etc. I love the indoor section a lot and accompanied by the great music the girls play over the speaker system, it really has a great atmosphere.

From the time I ordered the exact pot I had been looking for (for over 3 months), from Trish at Balcony in Bloom, to the time Andrew left after having not only delivered the extra large pot, but helping me replant the huge yukka into its new home, I experienced the best service I could have asked for. The owners were there to help me and make sure my needs were meet in every way. I thank them so very much and recommend them, wholeheartedly. It is a wonderful Garden Centre. Glennis Brothers

It is just on a year since Trish planned a tropical garden in our back yard for a birthday gift. Andrew did a magnificent job. We were thrilled with the outcome and now all the plants are flourishing it is such an improvement. I was very happy to recommend Balcony in Bloom to our neighbours.

Excellent stock and healthy plants. Some of the harder to find indoor plants like string of turtles and raphidophora tetrasperma. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices.

The shop has improved a lot in the last year. Much cleaner and a bigger range. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
