Forest Hill Chase Medical Centre

Very bad experience as I amnew in forest hill shifted from craigieburn last week and my husband need a regular medical checkup for his new job. And receptionist advised that as we are not a regular patient for their clinic and we have to visit our old gp in craigieburm for medical check up. I am surprised Because difficult to understand if we are shifted from one country to another country and in any case or a medical emergency do we need to go back to our country or just wait until we died because this Center is not taking a new patient.Please stop this kind of nonsense.

After reading some of the negative reviews about Dr Manu Horriat I was a bit concerned, but our experience with him was actually really good. The clinic itself was new and clean. There was no patients when we got there so the appointment was on time. Dr Horriat was patient with my child and knows his stuff, he is not the chatty type and looks serious so maybe the reason for the negative comments. Will come back again.

We have been going to Forest Hill Chase Medical Centre now for months. Our doctor is Dr Horriat, he and the staff are friendly, professional, helpful and all round great. High recommend them

Very pathetic service, won’t even recommend someone to visit this place. Specially, Dr Manouchehr Horriat is incompetent and don’t even know how to diagnose any health issues. I had a chest infection and he said it’s because your nose bone is not straight and only thing he recommended was to drink hot water with honey and lemon. I can’t tell the situation I faced that night because of the shortness of breath and can’t even slept last night. The very next morning I went for the second opinion and the other doctor was experienced and confirmed that it was acute bronchitis and further gave me the treatment and now I am feeling much better. Such type of doctors should be avoided because of their negligence someone could die or even face some serious illness.

The doctor at this medical centre won't have the confidence to write a medical certificate even after reviewing the patient condition who is sick worst place to be .Don't ever go to this placeYou will not receive any treatment.

Went to get my ear fixed. Refused to see me because I have a mental illness. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Ask yourself do u really want to go to a doctor that discriminates like that. It’s the 21st century not in the dark ages. Stay away from Jodie (manager). I go to another medical clinic with real doctors that are extremely helpful in all ways.

Excellent communication, No waiting beyond appointment time, very friendly.

I have been going to this Medical Centre since it was newly opened and I always find it very pleasant and inviting The receptionists are very courteous and friendly at all times and so are the doctors. My appointments are always on time. I have no hestitation to recommend friends to come to visit this great clinic. Today my wife and I went for our flu injections and the nurse who administered the flu vacines is so professional and capable.
