The boys did an excellent job at our renovation/extension, from start to finish they were professional, neat and timely. Extra shout out to Harry who still had a smile on his face after crawling around in the mud under the house for days!

As I live 6 hours from my property in Newcastle - Mitch was always in touch keeping me updated with the issues regarding my hot water service / pipes etc. This has made the situation less stressful for me. He was at the property first thing in the morning - without any issues - and very prompt and thorough with sorting out the problems. I can’t thank Mitch for all his help! Especially over the Easter long weekend! I will be recommending InCase Plumbing to all friends/family.

Various jobs were carried out as part of a renovation and this company was the builders company of choice. There were several problems with the plumbing once the renovation was completed and when these were reported, the owner of the company would send an inexperienced plumber who could not resolve the problem. They were reported again and again and the owner of the company refused to do anything about it once he was paid. I would never use this company again.
