Still waiting for a return call from Monday, 'someone's with information on price and availability of getting a new key for my I20. First quote was $500. Have since contacted a mobile company and have my new key at the bargain price of $100. Very shabby service from Wagga Motors.

Needed my windscreen calibrated after being replaced. Waited 2 hours with my six month old baby in the waiting area. I asked when it was getting done and there response was “well you came in when it was really busy”, after some more time I asked seriously when is this getting done and he then answered “it’s not a five minute job” my car hadn’t even moved anyway. Considering what needed to be done on my car was only a short job, they could have pulled someone off and quickly done and let me get on with my day considering I was also an hour and a half from where I live. Terrible service and terrible consideration.
