I’m in a process of enrolling myself to a diploma of early childhood and I can tell you that the onboarding process is such a waste of time. I was asked this and that documents to proof my eligibility of the government subsidy instead of sending me clear information of what documents are accepted. I obtained my cert III course from another state and I provided my course details through USI details and apparently it wasn’t accepted, so I had to scan my actual certificate and academic transcript that has exact information as the USI transcript. Now after completing my enrolment from since the beginning of last week, I’m not enrolled yet because they keep going back and forth asking this and that documents.
