I have no hesitation on recommending the girls from Petbarn Grooming the girls are so happy and always check with what you want and do a exceptionally good job , they are always smiling and look after my two dogs I won’t be changing anytime soonDebbie M

A great place to shop to find exactly what is needed as a treat, dinner, solutions to problems, health, entertainment and training along with safety gear for a non human family member!!! I always find specials are good value and staff are helpful with good advice and service. It's a pleasurable experience to shop here.

Very rude lady served us today. No manners, smile. Very unhelpful also didnt want to help us price match like other stores that are more than happy to help its as if she was angry we asked. Will stick to other stores like Harrisdale, Myaree or Pet Circle.

Had what I was looking for. Commendable as I arrived at 555 pm and they welcomed me without getting stroppy about 5 mins closing. I only had 1 item to get and they let me get it . Thanks

Huge selection and staff are always friendly and happy to help. The prices are a little high on some items. Parking generally isn't an issue.

We have been taking our Bishoodle to Petbarn Melville for her groom for years and have always been very happy with their work and cut. Unfortunately, that outlet was closing so we booked our dog with Petbarn in Cockburn Gateway. On the day of the appointment, we gave specific instructions, including showing photos to the staff there, of how we liked our dog groomed - which was a medium length cut. When we came to collect our dog, our heart sank when we saw that she was given a very short cut, even her underside barely had any fur left. The clipper work was also uneven and looked amateurish. This was probably the worst cut we had encountered for our dog. It was extremely disappointing to put our dog through such a bad groom, even after providing our instructions, and worse still, having to pay so much for this. Do think twice if you are considering booking your own pet here for a groom.

Really awesome pet shop. The staff were super friendly and helpful with advice and product selection when helping me set up my aquarium for my kids. The supervisor went above and beyond with regards to matching me with the right product for me. Thanks so much guys.
