One of the best massage experiences in all of Melbourne. I had a relaxation massage done by Fay, she was professional and knew what she was doing.

Made a booking online for 2 massages at the same time, booking came through for one after the other which was not what was booked, called to clarify and they didn’t have availability at same time at any suitable times so asked to cancel, was told to cancel online, tried to cancel online only to be told as deposit had been taken had to cancel direct, called to try and do this only to be told they couldn’t refund. Asked to speak to a manager and told there was not one. It’s now been cancelled online but no confirmation on whether will get refund. Was told next time to call to book. There won’t be a next time.

Amazing and professional relaxation massage. Loved it here and would definitely say that it is one of the best in the neighbourhood.

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I had a pull in my neck which gave me a headache all day so I quickly booked in although I’d never been here before and advised the lady, Olive, very briefly about where I was hurting and she knew exactly what she was doing! I was incredibly tight but she’s made it so much better. Highly recommend. Thank you! I’ll definitely be returning in the future :)

My partner and I went a few weeks ago and had the best massage! The ladies were very attentive to our needs and we walked away feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Will be coming back and recommend it to everyone who need to destress!

WOW. I have never been asked to pay upfront before, now I know why!! I booked a spa package of 60 minute full body massage, 60 minute full body scrub and 30 minute facial. Substandard in every respect. My massage never included the front of my body nor my hands or feet. The body scrub left me covered in a gritty sticky paraffin mess. After two hours of feeling the cold from the aircon and not being covered as the therapist moved from my back to limbs I wondered why there was no sweet smelling aroma from the products that were used only to find a bottle of Coles brand baby oil sitting on the bench. I was then abruptly told to go downstairs and shower and left to my own devices. Heading down stairs there was not a soul in sight. I eventually opened the toilet door to find 4 staff members standing there. Asking where the shower was, I managed to get a hand gesture through another door. The shower was filthy. The screen covered in thick grime and mould. It was scary!! My half hour facial turned into a 15 minute facial that never included my top lip or neck. When the mask was applied, a tissue was shoved over my eyes, left for a minute, then picked off because of the moisture. The nicest product in there was the Dove body wash. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. (See photos)

Really enjoy having traditional Thai massage here. The staff are very experienced and I always walk out feeling relaxed.Gift is very talented and very good at what she does! I always try to book with her when she is available.

I really recommend this place. The therapist was helpful on my back pain.

I booked & paid for 60 minutes but only got 45 minutes. The masseuse didn’t even offer to wipe down the oil. The masseuse did not know what she was doing, very substandard. I left without feeling that I had a massage. The air con makes constant noise & no soothing music. No repeat business from me.

My 60 minute deep tissue full body massage was one of the best, & I have a lot of massages regularly. She was very experienced & knew exactly what to do & where to go after telling her spots & symptoms. She even gave me advice afterward & showed me some of her techniques. I also noticed the stick they use for massaging feet, I don't know anywhere else that uses, as other places in Melb that had them shut down so I can't wait to go back & experience this bliss again! I also love the way when she wiped all the massage product off my afterward, the towel had been heated, an oh f<€k even that felt incredible!I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a really good massage!
