Probably the most miserable staff I've come across on my trip around Australia so far. Hardly even acknowledged when ordering as too busy carrying on and swearing with what I assume we're the quite feral locals. Food was poor, snitzels came out within minutes of ordering and we're obviously just recooked. On the plus side, great beer garden which keeps you away from the feral banter at the front bar. So, good for a beer in the garden. I'd avoid the food.

Great food, always welcoming, cold beer. It's definitely worth a stop in if ur driving past Mount Larcom.

stopped here on our long drive dreaming about an iced latte. as we entered, we were a little hesitant to ask for it, because it did not seem like a standard drink (biker atmosphere). the man working at the bar was very friendly & easy and quickly made us to iced lattes to go. very nice service :-)!

Monday night called in for a quick feed on our way to Rockhampton from the Gold Coast. Waited over an hour and a half for 2 adult an kids meals. First and last time, won't be back Mount Larcom

We hit this place up for a countery and recovery beer after hiking Mt Larcom. Great genuine local pub with fantastic service and food. The Carolina Reaper Chicken Wings go very well with a XXXX!

The food at the pub was amazing! I had the calamari with a side salad and it was tender and delicious. His nibs had the steak sandwich that was on Turkish bread with tender meat and generous helping of chips. Highly recommend. Service excellent and renovated premises delightful.

Bloody awesome counter meals.If you can't salad any fresher you would have to walk outside and pick the stuff yourself.Absolutely full of flavour, quite reasonable $$ for the tucker , great service, ice cold drinks , air conditioning, clean facilities, lots of parking, what else do you want ?Highly recommended

Parked a motorhome on the grass out the back. Corner of George and Gladstone. Some areas had a slope, others less so.Locals are lively and friendly. Had a wonderful slow cooked beef cheeks dish. Very rich.
