A disgraceful experience of legal advice, lack of support, poor feedback and a 7 month hassle to contact vie email, text, office staff and using someone else's phone. Got to the stage where he apologised to my wife ( I was in Op Theatre) and promised to submit paperwork 6 months late. No contact to my wife after that. This needs reporting to higher (National) and legal proceeding started. Worried about other vets, too!

My experience with the advocate from this RSL was not great at all. I found communication to be very poor. Hence I agree with Dales review. In my opinion, don't bother using this lot. Either go solo or go through a mainland advocate or you'll be wasting your time. They may have great credentials but they didn't help me at all. Glad to see the back of them...I can't believe taxes to fund this service.
