I Had organized Two pallets of ornamental cornice with mainfreight to go from Sydney to their Gold Coast depot and one pallet was badly damaged by the loading team at main freight, when I spoke to the team they apologized and that’s all they could do.They offered a discount on the next load, as it’s the risk you take with a common carrier and they hold no responsibility....The company is a jokeCost me 2,000 Dollars worth of damaged cornice stock another freight charge to replace the damaged cornice and a delay in my project as a result.Will never use again that’s for sure!
