Staff were exceptional. They were welcoming and well-spoken. Very professional and kind. There is a wide range of glasses for different people. The lady who worked with me- Amy, was extremely helpful when I was choosing frames. Great prices and deals too.

The team at Oscar Wylee Elizabeth are exceptional! Their customer service is above and beyond, and they try their hardest to give the customer a great experience. Nicola was so helpful, making my whole experience a delight and providing great customer service to me. They have a great range of glasses to choose from and the quality is excellent! Will definitely be going back here, as my preferred eye wear store.

The reception was great with staff willing to go an extra mile in serving me making sure that i was comfortable through out the test and checks.Unfortunately i did not have enough money to pay for my new glasses. I came unprepared. Oscar wanted the full payment before getting my glasses made. I propose that at least they should accept at least half down deposit and final payment at collection or something along the same.

First appointment with Oscar Wylee and I am very impressed. From the moment I entered the store until the time I left, after a thorough eye examination and picking 2 pair of glasses, the customer service was exemplary. The eye examination was very thorough and the results were explained to me in depth, which was greatly appreciated.
