Jayne is an amazing life coach who is so inspiring and motivating. Her work is really special and her tools are not the normal stuff other Counsellor’s will give you. Jayne helped me at my lowest point in my life, just by having one conversation with her I felt clearer and determined to turn my life around.She is an amazing woman with a wealth of knowledge to help you succeed in your life. I highly recommend Jayne's sound healing sessions!!I have never felt so relaxed and in tune with myself.

I knew that I could have a happier and more contented life than the one I was living but didn't understand or realise until I connected with Dr. Jayne Younie; that it was myself who was causing the pain in my daily life. She saw quite quickly that I was living my life on damaging Belief Systems I'd had installed in me as a child and early adult hood. When she explained and showed me how to separate Belief Systems that I liked and that worked for me from the negative and damaging ones; I began to have a feeling of lightness and freedom. I had spent my life as a chronic people pleaser, in fear of others anger, disappointment, ridicule and humiliation, rejection and abandonment.
