Have a tray and canopy and I can't fault it , there after sales service is just as good as there product absolute 10 out of 10 to the whole crew at mits.

We just completed an 11000 / 40 day Outback trip covering Birdsville Track, Oodnadata Track, Binns Track and most other off grid roads wet could find. Plenty of red dust !! Home on Sunshine Coast now and just cleaned out the MITS Alloy canopy, barely any sign of dust at all !! Truly outstanding workmanship on these canopies.

Rang the workshop today completely unrelated to their sales and products. Had a problem with a blinker fault on a dodge RAM. The bloke who served me gave me the effort to find out what their solution was when they had the same problem. Very grateful that people are still out to help each other. Rang Norweld and they told me they don't give away secrets. Goes to show they are all about making coin then helping out someone with a problem.Very happy with the genuine help from MitsAlloy. Will definitely be recommending them to my customers.Thanks boys.

Massive thanks to the team at MITS! The customer service was excellent and constant, even when the delivery of the canopy and tray was delayed due to covid issues.The quality of the end product is superb and exactly what we needed for our trip around the country. Even the after sales service has been incredible and we’d definitely go back for our future needs!

We’ve had our mits tray and canopy for nearly two years now.In that time we’ve covered over 70k kms Touring.We couldn’t be any happier with the products, and there’s nothing that we would change if we were to build another 4x4 tomorrow.Customer service is excellent.

The build quality and craftsmanship that is produced by this company is outstanding. Tim, the owner took our wants and needs into consideration then designed our tray and canopy. Everything in this build is user friendly and ergonomic. The build quality is second to none which would arguably make Mits alloy the best tray and canopy business in the Newcastle region. The guys on the workshop floor have excellent attitudes and it shows in their workmanship from the beginning to the finished product. After sales service has been nothing but a pleasure. MITS are happy to accommodate the American market sending trays and canopies overseas but refuse to make trays or canopies for local customers who own Amaroks. They told me they don't make anything for Amaroks or Tritons here in Aus but they make them for Toyota Tundras overseas!? Sell-outs...
