Everlasting Bouquets (Flower Preservation Service)

I would not recommend going with this service unless you are prepared for months of bad communication and disappointing results.My flowers were picked up over a year ago by Joanne, the owner, the day after my wedding. I only picked them up today.The only time this woman want a to communicate effectively is when she wants her money. Joanne claims that she sends email but this is not true as I never received any emails unless I kept hassling her to contact me.My flowers were different hues of pinks, today when I picked them up I received a cheaply made frame with one coloured painted flowers, for something that took over a year it looked like she put it together in 1 hour. After pointing out that the frame had some damages/dirt, this disgusting woman licked her finger and and tried to wipe it off. This was horrifying, which person in the right mind does this?Joanne is nothing but a scammer. All the positive reviews are probably written by her friends and family.

I had my daughter's wedding bouquet 're made and sent to Joanne to be preserved. We did had a number of discusses with not only Joanne but others and bases on the professional advise and the reassurance of all the care they took to preserve the original arrangement we sent it to her . After a long awaited 6 months finally it was sent back. We cried.. You be the judge... see photos. We called ,text with no response. Finally Jo agreed to pay for the return and to fix and recolour ..After a further 3 months she presented is with finished product.. photo 3.When advising I was not happy and after spending over $1000 I wanted to go halves with the costs. Jo agreed and said she would go halves Buwould look at the invoice . In the end she refused to refund all the money and kept the $250 non refundable deposit.I advised that she did not provide the the service we paid for and therefore wanted the $250 also refunded. Jo stopped responding.

If we had read the online reviews before using Everlasting Bouquets, we probably would have run. But we didn't, and sent the wedding bouquet to Joanne. My daughter and I picked up the flowers today and we are really happy. They look beautiful in the frame and look great on the wall.

Absolutely disgusted. $400 for something that looks like a dead blob of nothing, and instead of preserved flowers looking like the Bouquet we got painted flowers! Painted??!!! How id this even possible?? If you look at the image I have uploaded you will see on the left the flowers my sister in law preserved herself using silica beads, on the right is what we got, and it looks nothing at all like the original bouquet. I have emailed Joanne and not heard anything back but we want our money back. Nothing that was promised has been delivered.Keep away, find someone else, this place is a joke. I only gave one star as I could not leave a negative amount.

Joanne was super easy to deal with and responsive. My flowers came out beautifully, I am in love with them and cannot wait to put them up in my home

My sister in-laws bridal bouquet was meant to be picked up from our front door, it never was. So it sat in the sun and dried out all afternoon. Once they FINALLY were preserved they looked awful and dead. When questioned on this we were met with very rude phone calls and emails, just no sympathy or responsibility taken at all. Dissapointing!!! Waste of money!!!

We have finally just received our framed bouquet. We only had to wait 16 months!All of the 1 star reviews are completely accurate and are exactly what we experienced too.-Poor quality cardboard frame wrapped all over in white sticky tape-No communication unless wanting money-Squashed looking flowers with muted colours-Bouquet not centered in frame-Glue smears all over backing board-Double sided tape showing behind Bouquet-No communication on proofing layout before completion of job-High price for mediocre work.Looks good at a quick glance but the closer you look the worse it gets.For a business opperating within a nich industry I am surprised to find that they seem to have absolutely no artistic ability or execution (That or they dont really care). They get close enough to finish the job but dont fulfill the main requirement of preserving memories that people will actually want to keep forever.

One Star is even too much, so very disappointed just wanted to cry.My stunning bouquet of lovely white roses are now a shriveled bunch of grey,a purple and slight pink color. Devastated at the amount of money Ispent, looks nothing like the pictures in the gallery.How is this woman allowed to operate such a business. She never returns calls, or emails I was the one making all the correspondence.All the good reviews i would say are written by her family or friends.Consumer Affairs will be hearing about this one.

Very upset to say my bouquet looked nothing like the original after preservation with this company the colors in my bouquet were originally white and apricot - the preserved version is mostly pink. Was not worth the money which was almost 700 in the end and I hate it that much I havn't hung it up after almost a year. The frame is also of poor quality with indentations all over it. Not happy at all and would not recommend them.
