Phone calls and emails not responded to. Request for a quote ignored. Just let people know that you're too busy or not interested in the business. It's just common courtesy and good business practice.

Job: Replace broken mirror in a sliding wardrobe door.Outcome: Did not show up when agreed and no communication of same. Arrived the following week but after replacing mirror, door would not slide easily, binding in the top track. Were clearly not happy to be recalled to address their poor workmanship. Subsequent repair marginally better. No apology for not turning up or for faulty workmanship. Customer service non-existent.Six months later and the catalyst for this review: frame failed completely and mirror slid to the floor. Not prepared to re-engage this company ever again, so removed and correctly re-fitted frame myself. Underlying cause: the mirror was cut 20mm less than original in width and frame not adjusted accordingly preventing frame from seating fully around glass. 20mm is a significant error for a tradesperson. Had to cut the horizontal frame components down by the same amount to allow frame to fit correctly.The labour component of the cost of this job was therefore a waste of my money not to mention the additional cost of materials and the time required to repair it correctly.

Tristan replaced all our security doors, replaced the toughened glass window with another with a lockable cat flap, and put new rollers on the sliding door, all in one afternoon. His service was impeccable and professional. I highly recommend Fleurieu Glass & Glazing.

Would not recommend. Left phone message for a quote, they did not respond. Went to there address. no one there & no note. Finally talked on phone to ask for a quote, where they set a day & time to come. but did not turn up or hear from them. Seems like they don't want the work.
